Gym Project – This large, previously industrial building provided some unique challenges with the large open plan, high ceiling industrial building needing careful design to ensure that the final completed site delivered a warm and friendly gym environment.

The introduction of a mezzanine floor enabled spacious bathroom facilities to be positioned in an upper floor area with the main gym space being softened with acoustic baffles, soft flooring and dropped mechanical and electrical installations to give an excellent light, airy and open plan work out space.

Storage Concepts worked closely with the franchisees on an integrated design including 2 studios and a raised platform for cardio equipment.
