Storage Concepts were pleased to be engaged by Anytime Fitness to complete a turnkey package upper floor gym in a challenging site within an old snooker hall in Aldridge Walsall.

Storage Concepts worked with the landlord and the Franchisee to deliver a light, bright shell including new windows, doors and lift. We then went on to complete a full turnkey package fit out including the formation of bathrooms, studio and integrated lobby areas including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations as well as partitions , flooring & decorative finishes.

Working with the acoustician we were able to provide specialist flooring and enclosures to meet the acoustic design criteria whilst maintaining brand standards and aesthetics.

As an additional challenge the site was constructed during strict Covid 19 restrictions but still completed on time and in budget.
