Mezzanine Showroom

Installation of four Mezzanines Floors, Fire Rating and Air Conditioning to a new Showroom in Hayes, Middlesex.

Together with the customer, we helped design the mezzanine floors to work with their existing building works ready for their offices and retail areas to be installed.

One of the mezzanine floors has been designed to take the load of two stationary cars for show. A further two were installed for office use with the final mezzanine floor being split into two cinema rooms.

Reception areas and retail stands have been designed beneath the mezzanine floors to utilise space in this showroom.

Wall mounted air conditioning has been installed across all office & cinema rooms with larger units to service the open showroom area.
