On behalf of our company I write to record our thanks to yourself and your team at Storage Concepts for the outstanding service provided in fulfilling the contract for various furnishings and equipment for the new conference centre, offices, meeting rooms and reception. The contract for furnishing the centre was quite a challenge and we were particularly impressed by the positive attitude applied in meeting the shortest possible deadlines, sourcing exactly our requirements from both the UK and Europe, managing the contract from inception to completion and applying the same detailed attention to after-sales service. During the 12 months since our new purpose built Distribution Centre was completed, with all the extra responsibilities with regard to the building, staffing, etc. it was tremendously gratifying to know that all of our furniture and warehouse requirements could be forgotten.
