Gym Refurbishment – West Midlands

Gym Concepts are proud to show off a recently completed Gym Fit Out project in Aldridge, Walsall, West Midlands. The project valuation was just over £300,000 and included a full refurbishment and fit out of an unused building.

The Gym Concepts team of designers and installers turned an old snooker hall into a new state of the art gym facility. The installation process included the formation of a full changing and bathroom facility, studio area, office, members lobby and main gym spaces providing a full turnkey package for the client from bare shell to handover.

We utilised Stud Partitioning, Glazed Partitioning and specialist wall finishes. The team also installed MF & Suspended Ceilings. The project also included a full M&E package with Air-conditioning, fresh air ventilation and extraction, as well as all lighting, power and drainage & plumbing works.

The project was completed with various flooring solutions including acoustic rubber to free weights areas and top-quality decorative finishes.

Storage and Interior Concepts pride themselves on being able to meet the needs of the customer, and this fit-out was no exception. This particular contract was a 9-week programme where we took special care and attention to work under strict COVID-19 guidelines, but still finishing on time and in budget to a high standard which satisfies both ourselves and the customer.
