Pub Fit Out – Newcastle

From an empty shell to a modern pub and event space.

Storage and Interior Concepts Limited have recently completed an entire Pub Fit Out in Newcastle. We worked to transform an empty shell to a fully functioning event space, complete with a wine shop below.

The project was originally started by the owner, who after a short while realised it was too much to carry out himself. Storage Concepts were invited to quote and within three days of a confirmed order were onsite starting the development.

Work included a Mezzanine floor with loading gate, Jumbo Stud Partitioning and a partitioning system to form a ‘designer’ window bay. Storage Concepts also designed and fitted a large chiller, provided support services for brewing equipment and arranged gas and water supplies to the property.

Work started at this site in Newcastle late October 2019 and with some superb planning and organisation the Pub/Brewery and Wine Shop were open for the Christmas Trade.
